About My Psychological Approach

Most psychological challenges arise not from defects, but from powerful emotional states—moods such as anxiety, depression, a loss of meaning or purpose, a sense of not being good enough, or feeling fundamentally unworthy.

People often judge themselves harshly for having these moods. They worry that something is wrong with them, or that they are somehow mentally unwell. But these moods are not personal failings. They are deeply human experiences.

In therapy, I offer a space where these moods can be approached with care and curiosity—not as symptoms to eliminate, but as meaningful experiences that can open new paths of understanding. When we stay with them, something begins to shift. Healing, growth, and even deep transformation become possible—not by rejecting these moods, but by listening to what they have to tell us.
